- Develop and track professional relationships with key external experts (KEEs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Provides proactive and timely disease/products training and scientific input to internal functions
- Provides fair and balanced medical information to HCPs in response to unsolicited requests; engage in scientific discussion and provide training to HCPs, healthcare organizations and investigators as requested
- Execute medical plans and gain further insight for Medical Affairs strategies
- Serves as a scientific resource at key conferences, advisory boards and expert meetings
- Develop and implement tactical medical plans under aligned strategies
- Support company sponsored clinical trials; Evaluate and process research concept for Investigator Sponsored Research
- University graduate in science or related discipline (Ideally PhD/MD/Pharm, or master degree in related discipline)
- For Medical Advisor, minimum 2 years solid experience in pharmaceutical industry plus 1 year solid medical affairs experience in pharmaceutical industry; fresh graduate would be considered as Medical Science Liaison
- For Senior Medical Advisor, minimum 4 years solid & reputable medical affairs experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Competent in Adverse Drug Reaction reporting in compliance with local regulations
- Possess a high ethical standard and knowledge of the HKAPI Code of Practices
- Knowledge of good clinical practice
- Excellent analytical, organization and communication skills
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, conversable Mandarin is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken/written English and Cantonese
- Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
