• Perform protocol development to implement a US FDA- and Europe CE-IVD approved cancer diagnostic test system into our laboratory in Hong Kong
• Protocol development of different cutting-edging sequencing platform and technologies
• Prepare grant proposals to apply founding from ITF to support R&D staffs’ salaries and R&D activities
• Lead and manage the R&D team
• Involve in the review of performances and market potentials of new diagnostic products and provide comments and advices to senior management team for their decision-making on investment of those new products

 

• PhD in Biomedical Science/ Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• 3-year of related work experience in the field (NGS)
• Strong sense of teamwork and able to work under pressure, mature and a good team player
• Adaptive personality with flexible mindset
• Good language skills, and familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
